‘You Stay Here, Mommy’
He’s two and a half and already he wants to go off by himself.
My guy insists he can do it ‘by self’, wander away and not get into trouble.
But as he wandered all the way over to the next street, up two giant hills and into two deep puddles, he must excuse me for not believing him.

Oh, what a big boy!!! I love it.
Starting to get into the independant stage is he? I am sure he was happy to know you were close by even though he would never admit it!
Wow! He looks so BIG in that first picture!
Cheers :-)

I wish it got better as they get older, but my 4-year-olds are more independent than ever! They refuse to hold my hand, because they're "not babies." sniff
Such a sweet stage, when kids decide they want to be more independent - even if it is a little more work for us!
Aww--Mr. Independent!!
Don't you just want to keep them small forever?
Sounds like he's an adventure seeker. Fun times ahead!
It's amazing how quickly they grow up right? My 3 year thinks it amazing that I don't go with her to swimming lessons anymore...at first she didn't even want me to go to the change room with her!
Thanks for stopping by my blog the other day! :)
