Morning or Night?
Since my son was born and I have returned to work, I have had to shower at night.
I hate showering at night.
My husband and my friend both prefer to shower before bed. They figure that extra half-hour of sleep in the morning is more important than having a hot shower before going to work.
I disagree.
If I am getting up in the morning to go to work, I might as well get up and have a shower, too.
Then I am awake, warm and clean before heading to work.
By showering at night, I am loosing a half hour of my time – my time to write in my journal, read a magazine or a book or simply go to bed a little earlier.

Why do you have to shower at night? Is it because you won't have enough time to get ready in the morning? I can't shower at night. I'd hate it...going to bed with wet hair. Then in the morning I'd feel so unclean and dopey, I tend to sweat at night (even though I don't notice it while I'm sleeping). I would feel so gross the next day. Then there is the hair issue. I can't control my hair if it's not wet. I totally understand hating showering at night.
Maybe go to bed a half hour earlier and wake up a half hour earlier to shower?
I hate showering at night. Well, I don't mind it if it's a hot day and I want a second shower, but I definitely prefer mornings. Otherwise my hair is all weird!
Ugh I agree--my hair gets all wierd too!
I am most definitely a shower in the morning girl too. If I shower at night, my hair is a disaster in the morning. SIGH... I feel your pain.
Lots of yummy love,

Can't really say now, since I work here at the house, but if I was working out of the house, and back when I did work out of the house, I had to shower in the morning. It absolutely helped me wake up and refresh. I wouldn't be able to start the work day without one. Now I just grab a gigantic mug of coffee when my son jumps into my bed at 6 AM.
I'm a shower in the morning girl. I need to get in my work mode. Plus like you I would hate to lose my me time at night
Sorry trying to use my phone to respond and accidently hit anonymous. This is why I shouldn't do it from my phone.
I shower at night. I find it's easiest that way for me.
Not only that, but my hair is guaranteed to have a party and look all funkified in the morning if I take an evening shower. I'm with you, bring on the morning shower.
Okay, so I admit, I am definitely in the minority but I must, must, must, shower before I go to bed. I hate feeling all sticky when I am climbing into bed. BUT since I live in the jungles of Belize I likely feel much stickier at the end of the day than someone living in Canada for example.
When I lived in Canada though my reasons for night showering were totally so I didn't have to get out of bed one second earlier than was absolutely necessary.
Cheers :-)

I'll do anything for an extra half an hour of sleep in the morning, on the other hand I don't like showering in the evening either. Plus the morning shower wakes me up.
I shower at night so that my kids don't do something crazy while I'm showering. I like going to bed feeling clean. Though my hair is a mess in the mornings!
My husband and I are the opposite—I prefer a shower at night and he likes to shower in the morning!
^^
Hi, Kim!
Anyway, this is a funny post because my hubs and I just had a animated discussion (sounds better than fight) about when was a better time to shower.
I prefer morning because it starts my day off right. He prefers night because he wants to get into bed clean.
Mostly, I've compromised. I rinse off with him in the evening and then shower properly in the morning.
