Happy 2011
Happy New Year, everyone.
I had a fantastic vacation and came back to a busy Tuesday and Wednesday. I am saddened Christmas is over for another year and even more saddened there isn’t a week of holidays to look forward to until the summer.
However, I had a fantastic holiday that included lots of visiting, lots of playing and lots of hanging out with my little guy, who loved his Cailou DVDs and books, which I have read enough that I have memorized most of them.
Yesterday, was the first day he actually played with his Cailou doll; he seemed more interested in ‘Baby Goshua,’ or Joshua as the Cabbage Patch doll is known to those who watched me play with him for years.
This, That and The Other Thing Resolutions
At some point last year, although I can’t find that posting for whatever reason, I believe a SITS guest asked bloggers to state their New Year’s resolutions for their blog.
I had, at that point, given up the naïve hope of making money from my blog and commented I hoped to have more followers and more comments.
I have done well in that regard.
Do I have a goal for my blog this year?
I have discovered I am a comment junkie. I love when people comment – good or bad – on my blog. I am interested to read people’s reaction to what I write.
My goal this year is to continue to write interesting posts that have people popping by to read what I think and hopefully comment on them.
I currently follow dozens of blogs and I hope to be able to read – and comment on them – often. And I hope to discover more gems.
Happy New Year, everyone.

My resolution has nothing to do with blogging, it's to try and have more patience with L. Hmmmm, may last about a week!
My resolutions all resolve around one word this year: minimise.
Minimise food, laziness, time outside the house doing stuff I don't need to be doing, spending, junk food etc etc.
I found asking a question at the end of each post (on my personal blog) made people more likey to comment. Good luck with your goals.

That's a GREAT resolution. And aww Cailou (sweet)!
I'm a comment junkie too. I just love to hear what people have to say, even if it's just "hi". What can I say? I'm a stay at home mom. I don't get out much :)
Happy New Year to you too! I love reading comments left for me and on blogs I'm commenting on.
Cheers :-)

No resolutions for me....... just enjoying life every day and taking time to smile and talk to anyone and everyone.
Hey, it works!
Try it, you'll enjoy it as much as me.
Happy 2011.
My life goal is to slow down and enjoy my kids more. (Since more than one helpful person has reminded me that they grow up so fast!)
My blog goals are to line up some more great celebrites for my Momterviews, and not to feel guilty when I don't review products that I don't use or like.
Happy New Year!
