I Hate…

Money. I hate the necessity of those bills and coins. I hate that I making the same money, but everything – gas, groceries, insurance, food – is going up.

If it weren’t for flushing toilets, communication devices and religion, I would become a Mennonite and live off the land.

Without money the world would be a better and safe place, for sure

My sister had a c-section so I do know a little about. Let me know if you want to check out her blog. She has a beautiful four month old baby boy. Thanks for visiting my blog! Kelly

I meant to also say I hate money too! Maybe I wouldn't if I had more of it! ;)

I have the same argument with myself every time I look at my bank account and try to figure out how I'm buying groceries this week. I've seriously contemplated just loading up my car with my camping gear and living off the land and odd jobs.

(Long time follower delurking. Hi!)

Oh me too! I hate the having to make it part. Sometimes the spending it is fun, but it's just that it all costs too much these days.

Lots of yummy love,

Don't they say "the route of all evil is money"......

Unfortunately, everyone is in the same boat......

I shop with flyers.... as ALL stores will match the price; i.e. Walmart had/has Maxwell House Instant coffee on for $2.97 ... when I was in Walmart, the shelves were cleaned out. Since I had to pass No Frills on the way home I stopped in and got 2 jars off the shelf priced at $6.97 each and at the cashier, showed her the flyer from Walmart and got the coffee for $2.97 each. Not bad; I saved over $8.00

The lady beside me commented "you sure know how to shop"

It will take a bit of time to see who has what on sale and, do you need it. Then you make your list... go to the store you shop at, show them the flyer and whala... you get the sale price. The sale prices are on everything including fruits, veggies etc. the only thing the grocery stores are doing is you can't get the multiple price if another store offers i.e. 2 for $4.00 it's only on single items.

I wonder how many people really do that........ I'm one and I don't have to pinch as I am on my own but, I'd rather have the extra $$$$ I saved on groceries for spending on myself.

Just my thoughts, take it with a grain of salt but if you take the time, try it, you may surprise yourself by having $$$ left in your back account.

I also use coupons.

I love the name of your blog and your tagline! :) And your post made me laugh! Though I can assure you that Mennonites have all those things in moderation. I think you want to be Amish! :)
