Bring on the Chocolate

Chocolate.

I need chocolate. I want chocolate. Where is the chocolate?

I have wanted chocolate, followed by a baked good, preferably a brownie, followed by some type of bread product since Monday.

Every time someone mentions something, I find a way to slip in the need for chocolate.
Unfortunately, or fortunately, there is none at my house.

That’s a lie. I made some truffles at Christmas and I have been pulling one truffle out each night, nuking it in the microwave and eating it. But that’s not what I want and while chocolate-y, I am left with the urge to get in my car and find some way to satisfy my chocolate craving.

It’s grocery-shopping day and I have had a weeklong craving. This is not going to be good.

I'm with you, but MY house HAS chocolate. I would never want to be out of chocolate in fact, chocolate is very good for you. But, it has to be 70% or higher cocoa content. I usually have one square of chocolate every night.

So Lisa, get that chocolate but, indulge in moderation. It won't hurt you.

I thought checking out some new blogs would be a great way to get my craving for chocolate off my mind.

I don't need to tell you I was wrong!

I hear ya! The cravings get worse when I try to ignore them. I had Nichola suggest on FB when I posted that I was dying for chocolate to, get this, "EAT an APPLE!!" Apparantly that gets rid of the craving. I nearly peed myself laughing at the audacity of that statement!
