Depends what you had for breakfast. If it was a full breakfast of eggs, pancakes, bacon, toast, homefries, etc... then yes, it's probably bad. But I'm assuming you probably only had a bowl of oatmeal or cereal, or some toast, in which case then no, it's not bad. Our bodies need the most food in the beginning of the day. We eat all wrong really. We should have a large meal at breakfast complete with all the food groups. A medium meal at lunch, and a small meal with mostly veg and fruit and some protein at dinner. But that's not the way we eat is it? Besides, who wants to get up an hour or more earlier just to cook a huge breakfast? Not me.

It's okay, I'm like that a lot.I always seem to be hungry.
My problem isn't the beginning of the day but the end. I eat dinner and then I'm craving something sweet. Even when I'm full, I still eat that something sweet when I probably shouldn't!
